PE7 Game Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using our platform. By registering or playing on PE7 Game, you agree to abide by these operating rules and policies.
1. Acceptance of Terms
This user agreement governs your access to and use of PE7 Game (hosted at https://pe7game.app/), including our Android APK application, account portals, and gaming lobbies. By creating an account, downloading our software, or participating in matches, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease accessing our website and uninstall the PE 7 application package.
2. User Eligibility & Legal Compliance
PE 7 Game maintains strict eligibility standards in compliance with local regulations:
- Age Requirement (18+ Only): You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account or play on PE7.
- Jurisdictional Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that participating in online skill gaming is permitted under the laws of your state or territory. Users residing in states where digital gaming or real-money reward apps are restricted must not access our payout features.
- One Account Per User: To maintain game integrity and prevent bonus abuse, each player is permitted to register and operate only one account tied to a single verified mobile number and hardware device.
3. Account Registration & Protection
When accessing your profile through our PE7 App Login portal, you agree to provide an accurate 10-digit Indian mobile number for OTP authentication. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and SMS codes.
Any activity occurring under your registered account is your legal responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access or compromise of your phone number, notify customer support immediately as outlined in our Help & FAQ page.
4. Wallet Balances, Deposits & Payouts
Managing financial balances on the PE7 application is subject to the following transactional rules:
- Deposit & Balance Wallet: Funds deposited or earned inside your app wallet are intended for game participation and match stakes within our Games Catalog.
- Minimum Withdrawal Threshold: Payout requests start at a minimum of ₹100. Requests below this threshold will not be processed by the system.
- Payment Channels: As detailed in our PE7 Withdrawal Guide, payouts are routed to verified Indian banking handles including UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM) and direct IMPS transfers.
- Promotional Bonus Turnover: Starter rewards (such as the ₹200 signup bonus) and daily spin credits are promotional balances that require completing starter gameplay rounds before becoming redeemable as cash.
- Correct Payment Binding: Users must ensure their linked UPI VPA or bank details accurately match their profile. PE7 is not liable for payout failures caused by incorrect details entered by the user.
5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
To ensure an equal, enjoyable, and safe environment for all players, PE7 Game strictly enforces a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding cheating and fraudulent activity. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Utilizing automated bots, AI decision scripts, or third-party emulator hacks to manipulate game rounds.
- Colluding with other players at card tables to pass information or artificially influence match yields.
- Creating multiple fake accounts to exploit referral commission programs or welcome bonus systems.
- Exploiting system bugs, display errors, or network latency flaws for unfair financial gain.
Violation of these conduct rules will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of accrued bonus balances, and permanent blocking of associated mobile hardware identifiers.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All brand graphics, logos (including the official PE7 Game logo asset), app interface designs, software code, game media, and textual copy published on https://pe7game.app/ are the exclusive property of PE7 Game.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install the official APK for personal mobile entertainment via our PE7 APK Download page. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute platform assets without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The PE7 Game platform and all associated services are provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted server connectivity and fast banking gateways, we do not guarantee that software performance will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted during local network disruptions.
PE7 Game shall not be liable for any indirect loss, temporary cellular carrier disconnects mid-match, or third-party bank server maintenance delays outside our direct control.
8. Service Termination & Terms Modification
We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms of Service at any time to reflect platform upgrades, legal requirements, or operational changes. Updated versions will be posted directly on this page with an updated revision date.
PE7 Game reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or breach safety protocols.
